1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lgo4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the lgo4d online betting platform operated at https://lgo4d.cam.
• "Platform" means the lgo4d website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible through the domain https://lgo4d.cam.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on lgo4d in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit granted by lgo4d that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds in a User's Account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Stake" means an amount of real money or bonus funds placed on any betting market or game on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may make withdrawals from their Account.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the lgo4d Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms apply.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the lgo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lgo4d enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to its target market.
• You must be an individual (not a corporation, trust, or other entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online betting in their own jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active lgo4d Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of lgo4d or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of lgo4d services, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and you undertake to keep such information up to date.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, a valid email address, a contact number, your date of birth, and your preferred username and password. You may also be asked for your residential address and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the lgo4d Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lgo4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify lgo4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. lgo4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Accurate Information

lgo4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting the information you have provided at registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

lgo4d is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may also be triggered at any point during the lifecycle of your Account at lgo4d's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC, you will generally be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a bank account statement confirming account ownership in your name).
• A selfie holding your ID document alongside a handwritten date, as requested by our compliance team.

4.2 Verification Timeline

lgo4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) business day of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require up to five (5) business days. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC. lgo4d is not liable for any delays arising from incomplete or illegible document submissions.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your lgo4d Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). lgo4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• lgo4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which lgo4d bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained funds will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to law enforcement.
• Processing times listed are estimates during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Off-hours, national holidays, and system maintenance periods may extend processing times. lgo4d is not liable for delays originating from third-party banking systems.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your lgo4d Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching your KYC-verified identity.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by lgo4d's compliance team.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• lgo4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches. Players will be notified if this applies to their request.

6.2 Processing Times

lgo4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 4 hours during standard operating hours. Complex cases subject to enhanced due-diligence review may take up to 3 business days. lgo4d does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

lgo4d does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawal requests. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility. lgo4d reserves the right to introduce processing fees with advance notice to users.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

lgo4d periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible users. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

7.1 Eligibility

Bonus eligibility is determined at lgo4d's sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and are in good standing. Bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a material breach of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement), which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide, lgo4d welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement in the range of 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake; slot games contribute a percentage that varies by title; table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are published in individual bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.5 lgo4d's Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses

lgo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the lgo4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, togel lottery, live casino, slot games) are published in the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at lgo4d's sole discretion. lgo4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets placed after an event has started may be cancelled where in-play betting is not specifically available for that event.

8.2 Palpable Errors

lgo4d reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that contain a manifest error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a system error). Winnings paid as a result of a palpable error may be reclaimed from a User's Account balance.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and event. Specific limits are displayed at the point of wagering. lgo4d reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at its discretion.

8.4 RNG and Fair Play

All RNG-based games available on the lgo4d Platform use independently certified random number generation software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are calculated over millions of rounds and represent a long-term statistical average — individual session results will vary. lgo4d does not guarantee any specific outcome on any game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgo4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through the use of another person's identity.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal or illegal activity (money laundering).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without lgo4d's prior written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming controls implemented by lgo4d.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or assisting others to do so.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lgo4d staff, agents, or other users.

10 Responsible Gaming

lgo4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity. These tools are accessible through your Account settings and can be activated at any time by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single betting session. An on-screen notification will warn you when your limit is approaching.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic notifications during active sessions display your elapsed time and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 7 days) or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. Temporary exclusions cannot be shortened once activated.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without formally self-excluding.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the lgo4d Platform — including but not limited to the lgo4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of lgo4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without lgo4d's express prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lgo4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if lgo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, including technical failures, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• Any delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party banking providers, e-wallet providers, or payment processors.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lgo4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

lgo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment transactions.
• At the User's own written request (voluntary closure).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any applicable processing timelines.

14 Data & Privacy

lgo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account on lgo4d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lgo4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services is governed by those providers' own privacy policies and is shared solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lgo4d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lgo4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

15.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact lgo4d's support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. If your complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.

15.2 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

16 Amendments to These Terms

lgo4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lgo4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
